Mr. Ted Gillespie stopped by today to visit with Superintendent Ed Toman. Those of us from Mercer County remember Mr. Gillespie as a one-of-a-kind teacher, principal, and Board of Education member. Mr. Toman and Mr. Gillespie have known each other since 1997, where they took the Principals' Academy together.

Football practice has begun all around the county! Thanks to the excess levy, our players are protected by Guardian Protector helmet protectors. Studies show that these protectors provide significant reduction in the impact force from tackles and reduces the risk of concussion.
