Today, members of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Beta Lambda Omega Chapter of Bluefield, WV, met with Superintendent Edward Toman and Amanda Aliff, Coordinator of Pupil Services. PikeView Middle School administration has become aware of a potential threat to school safety. Investigation by school administrators and WV State Police identified the students involved and appropriate disciplinary action was taken immediately by the school. WV State Police are continuing to investigate the incident in coordination with the Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
