ELRS reports for the first grading period will be sent home October 31st. Please watch your child's folder for this information. If you would like a conference, please contact your child's teacher.
We will be hosting our annual Halloween parade on October 28th at 9:00 am. Parents who attend will be asked to line the fences inside the large fenced in area behind the school. Our students will then parade around the area showing off their costumes. We encourage our students to dress as community helpers or what they want to be when they grow up. Please no scary costumes as they sometimes terrify some of our students. Hope to see you all there
Fire prevention week kicked off at MCELC - Silver Springs with a visit from the East River Volunteer Fire Department. The kids were extremely excited to see the fire truck and hear what fire fighters do. Make sure you are practicing fire safety in your homes. Special thanks to Corbin Fredeking and the ERVFD for taking the time to visit with our students.
Our students went on a field trip to the Pumpkin Patch on Friday, October 7th. The kids had a fantastic time.
