Wear red to tomorrow and don't forget about our Title I game night with educational tools for parents from 4 to 6 pm.
Tomorrow, wear your silly/crazy hair, socks and outfits to kick off our drug free and antibullying week and send items for class baskets. We need items for Fall Festival by Wednesday such as candy, two liters of soda, cake walk items, and boxes of cereal. Tuesday evening from 4 pm to 6 pm will be our Title I game night with concession. Every family will receive a free game and if you attend the educational tools for parents you may win some Fall Festival tickets. Fall Festival is on Friday from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Please join the fun and participate in Red Ribbon Week. Also, we have Title I Game Night on Tuesday and Fall Festival on Friday. Going to be a great week.
The school will wear pink tomorrow in honor of those fighting the fight and for those who are now cancer free. We will also sell ice cream tomorrow because students do not come to school on Friday. Lastly, please send in your items for your class basket on Monday.
Appointments have been made for our fall teacher conferences on the 24th from all returned forms. If you want an appointment, please return your paper on Monday. All conferences must have an appointment time. Open sessions are game night activities which will run every half hour. No appointments are necessary for those. They are open to everyone. Lastly, picture orders will be picked up on Monday by Fox Photography. If you still want to return it on Monday, we will take it.
Our Science Fair is tomorrow for 3-5 grades. Please bring your projects to the conference room and set up by 8:30 am. Parents may help you set it up. Don't forget your abstract. Also, if you are ordering fall pictures or coming to the Title I Game Night please return your forms. Thanks.

Hello Parents,
I want to personally thank all the families who have already participated in our SchoolStore fundraiser! We are on our way to reaching our goal, but we need everyone's help to make sure our teachers get the essential tools they need to help our students succeed.
If your family has not participated, there's still time!
This safe and easy fundraiser is 100% online so there is no face-to-face selling, collecting money, or delivering products. Your child will receive a prize just for participating, and more prizes will be awarded when goals are reached.
Please help now. It really will make a difference.
Go to https://www.schoolstore.net/sid.t?0000196490 to show our valued teachers your support.
Thanks
Spanishburg School
P.S. Family participation is the key to our success, and we are counting on you!

Today we started a SchoolStore program to help our school raise money. An envelope explaining how the program works has been sent home with your student. Parents, please read over the information describing how you can participate. Your student will earn a participation prize when they return the filled-out envelope to school, and they can earn more great prizes when your family and friends help our school raise money. So don't forget to send the filled-out envelope back to school, and thanks for your support.
