Hi, Little Beavers! What a fun first day we had today! Thank you all for having excellent behavior and showing such an interest in getting back into school mode!! Special shoutout to our fourth grade group- they had PERFECT ATTENDANCE across the whole grade level for the very first day of the 2023-24 school year!!
Tomorrow is the famous Battle of the Bluefields, so we're asking everyone to wear their maroon and/or BEAVER attire to show our support for our friends at BHS!
We'll be serving Ham & Cheese Croissants with Caesar Salad, Grapes & Sun Chips for lunch!
Check out our Facebook page bislittlebeavers to stay connected! We can't wait for Day 2 tomorrow!!

Hello, Little Beaver Families! Tomorrow's our big day!! We can't wait you see you all in the morning! Morning drop off begins at 7:00 and the tardy bell rings at 7:35. Car riders will be dropped off at the third grade wing entrance between the main parking lot and the building. Those doors will close at 7:30, so anyone arriving after that time will need to come to the main entrance in front of the school. Afternoon dismissal begins at 2:20. Parents will drive down to The Pavilion to turn around and will then drive back up Southview to join the car line. Once buses leave, cars will proceed through the bus loop and in front of the main entrance to pick up their child/ren. There should only be a single line of cars in the bus loop/front of the school. Get a good night's rest and come in wearing your brightest smile in the morning!

Hello, Little Beaver families! We're so excited about Meet the Teacher this evening! Please stop by any time between 4:00-6:00pm to find out which homeroom your child will be in, meet the homeroom teacher, and see their learning space! We'll see you this evening!

Fifth graders will still be visiting BMS in the morning- please be sure that written permission has been sent in for all 5th graders to attend this trip. Hello, Little Beaver Families! Tomorrow, Monday, May 22nd will be tie dye day for our 3rd graders who earned the required points for their effort on the state testing. Also, this will be the last week for students to work on their STEM boats for next week's challenge.
