We are thrilled to announce that Kimberly Yahya, a dedicated and passionate fourth-grade mathematics teacher at Athens Elementary School, is one of the five finalists for the West Virginia Teacher of the Year!
With 15 years of experience, Ms. Yahya is not just an educator but a leader and inspiration. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with an endorsement in general science for grades 5-9 and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Concord University.
