ARGONAUT UPDATE FROM HOUSTON: Our Mercer County JASON Argonauts had an incredible experience this week! They teamed up with Limitless Space to create their very own solar sails. 🌞✨ They also had the opportunity to contribute to the environment by bagging oyster shells at Galveston Bay. These shells will help regrow the habitat and provide a barrier against surges, slowing down erosion. 🌊🦪 A special highlight was visiting a local restaurant that recycles oyster shells. They got a behind-the-scenes look at how they shuck oysters and recycle the shells. ♻️🍽️ They were thrilled to meet Monica Lee from NASA and received mentorship from esteemed professors and Argonaut alumni. The experience was truly inspiring and educational. 🚀🧑‍🚀
