Mountain Valley is very blessed to have a secretary as wonderful and hardworking as you are, Mrs. Rife!

From the moment our 3rd,4th, and 5th grade students set foot inside, their curiosity was peeked and their expectations were challenged as they explored the Clay Center exhibits. In the Avampato Discovery Museum they entered a portal to the cosmos. They engaged in hands-on experiences in the Juliet Art Museum. Overall, all students enjoyed this experience of exploring, learning, and fun!

D.E.A.R. stands for "Drop Everything and Read," a national celebration of reading designed to remind families to make reading a priority activity in their lives. This day is celebrated every year on April 12th for author Beverly Cleary’s birthday.

Attention students and families. April 26th is a full day Faculty Senate day - meaning students remain home that day. There was some confusion because the incorrect date (April 19th) was printed on the calendar summary. April 19th is a normal school day. Students will remain home on April 26th.
