Montcalm Families, Our Meet the Teacher and Title I Informational Meeting will be on tonight, August 20th 2024 from 4 until 5:30. Our PTO will also be serving hotdogs for those who attend and we will have stocked backpacks and shoes available for students as well. We look forward to seeing everyone!

Montcalm Families, bus 681 will be running 30-45 minutes late this afternoon. Those students will be sent to the cafeteria with late bus and parent pickup students. If you prefer to come and pick your child up instead of waiting you may get them through parent pickup. Thank you for your patience.

Montcalm Families, due to the flooding in the area, our Field Day that was scheduled for tomorrow will be rescheduled for a later date. Pre-K will still have their water day on the gym end of the building. Thank you for your understanding.

Montcalm Families, there will be no after school tutoring today. After school tutoring is finished for this school year. We appreciate you allowing your students to take part in this wonderful opportunity.

Montcalm Families, the Mercer County Health Department will be providing immunizations for 6th graders and also sports physicals for any student planning on participating in sports next year in any grade. They will be at the school at 10:30 on May 15. Parents don't have to be present if paperwork complete. Call the school if you need the paperwork. Insurance info requested but will provide services free of charge.

Montcalm Families, bus 650, Mr. Munsey, will be running late due to road work on his route. We appreciate your patience.

Montcalm Families, there is a power line down on Black Oak. If your student lives up that road, please meet the bus at the bottom of the road and he will drop your students off to you there. If you are unable to meet the bus, students will be brought back to the school and kept with parent pickup students. There is also a wreck on Lorton Lick Road near Skating Rink Hollow. This may delay students arrival home on that run. Thank you for your patience.

Montcalm Families, the Mercer County Health department will be at the school on May 15th. They will offer mandatory 7th grade vaccines and sports physicals at that time. Packets were sent home today. We hope you will take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. If you have questions, please call the school.

Montcalm Families, please take a moment and read over this important information from Mercer County Schools.

Montcalm Families, a power pole is down across the road on Browning Lambert Mountain. Students from Montcalm Elementary who live on Browning Lambert Mountain and ride bus 689, must be picked up by their parent or guardian at the school this afternoon. The bus will still run, but it will not run on Browning Lambert Mountain. Those students will be sent to the cafeteria to be parent pickups.
