Guess what was hatching at LMS? BABY CHICKS!! Today classes visited Mrs. Kessler's 5th grade class to see their newest additions. Hopefully we will have more hatch tomorrow.

Attention Pre-K, Kindergarten, and fifth grade parents, if you are planning on ordering graduation pictures, please send the money in for those no later than Wednesday. The cost is $5.00 for one 4x6 picture in a keepsake photo frame and you can order as many as you like. Thank you and have a good evening.

Attention PreK families... Tomorrow is our PreK field trip to Glenwood Park. We will leave the school about 9am and return in time for buses. Please make sure your child has a light jacket and a good pair of shoes to play in. Thank you and have a good evening.
LMS families, don't forget our Night of the Arts is this evening at 5:30. All students will perform, and you will get a chance to view students' artwork in our Space glow room. Refreshments will be served. We hope to see you soon! Tomorrow is the Pikeview High School graduation walk. Please have your children wear red and black to support our graduates. We have a change to the menu. Tomorrow, we will have baked ham, mashed potatoes, broccoli, breadstick, pineapple chunks, and milk. Thursday's menu will be peanut butter and jelly sandwich, cheese cubes, Sun chips, carrots and celery sticks, and grapes.

LMS families, you don't want to miss our Night of the Arts tomorrow evening at 5:30. Students in all grade levels will be performing, refreshments will be served, and you will get to view our first ever trip around the sun glow room. We hope to see you there!

LMS families, tomorrow evening from 5:30-6:30, we will have our first every Preschool and Kindergarten signing day. This event is for upcoming preschool and Kindergarten students. Our current preschool students will sing a song for us. If you haven't registered your child for Preschool or Kindergarten, it is not to late. You can sign them up at this event! Hello Pre-K families. Just a few reminders. Our Pre-K and Kinder signing day is this Thursday at 5:30. We hope that you can make it out to join us! Your child will be singing a couple of songs and participating in our upcoming Kindergarten signing event. Our Donuts with Grownups event is on Monday May 12th. If you have not turned your RSVP paper back in, please do so asap. Next week is our field trip, Thursday May 15th. Your child must have a signed permission slip in order to attend. Please let your teacher know if you need another one. Lastly, graduation picture order forms are due no later than May 16th. Thank you and have a great evening.
Parents in grades 3-5, tomorrow begins your child's end of year assessment. We are looking forward to seeing all the great things they have learned this year and to show us how smart they are. We do need some help from you! First, make sure your child gets a good night's rest. Second, make sure they come to school and are on time.
