We are asking our LMS families to help make this event a success by donating: Bagged candy, 2-liter drinks, and boxes of Little Debbie cakes. Donations can be brought to the school any time before Thursday.

Also, our PTO will have a float in the PikeView Homecoming Parade on Wednesday, October 7! The parade begins at 6:00 PM.
If your child plans to participate: Meet at the Concord University football field.
Please bring a bag of candy to throw during the parade.
The parade route will travel from the Concord University football field to CVS.
Parents will pick their child back up at the football field following the parade.

Good evening LMS families! October 23-29 is Red Ribbon Week. This year's theme is "Be a Hero, Stay Drug Free!" Friday, October 23 is hat day. Monday, October 26 is wear your favorite sports team apparel. Tuesday, October 27 is pajama day. Wednesday, October 28 is crazy hair day and Thursday, October 29 is mismatch day. We can't wait to celebrate red ribbon week with our students!

Join us for the LSIC Stakeholder meeting, which is open the public, on Monday, October 19 at 2:30. This is an opportunity for attendees to make specific suggestions, ask questions, and give input. We hope to see you there!
LMS families, we will be having a stakeholders LSIC meeting on Monday, October 19 at 2:30 in the cafeteria. All parents and community members are invited! We will have a Halloween Dance on October 30 from 2:30-4:00 PM. Students will stay after school for the dance. Pick up will be in the loop starting at 4:00 PM. Admission will be $5. Snack bags are also $5, which include a drink, chips, gummies, and cookies. Pictures will be optional for $5 as well. Kids are allowed to wear a school approved costume; however, gym appropriate shoes are required.

LMS families, PTO is sending home information regarding a Little Caesars pizza kit fundraiser. All orders have to be paid and turned in to the school October 30. The top three selling students get to pie a teacher in the face.
