No purchase is necessary — we just ask that you share the Book Blast link and/or QR code with 10 family members or friends. You’ll find this information right on the treasure map your student receives tomorrow.
We’re also excited to announce our annual Trunk or Treat on October 31st from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please visit the school’s Facebook page for registration details if you’d like to decorate your vehicle. We have 55 spots available, so be sure to register early!

This afternoon during dismissal, you may have noticed a first responder presence at our school. We want to assure you that everyone was safe and there was no threat to students or staff. The response was precautionary and handled quickly and professionally.

Hello! Your student should be bringing home their fall picture proof sheet today. The images in this post have directions on how to order prints. If you have any questions about ordering, please reach out to Strawbridge using the options on the image. Also, for those students going on field trips to the pumpkin patch, please dress appropriately. Students should wear closed-toed shoes, and a light jacket may need to be sent. Thank you!

Good evening Beaver Kit Families! Reminder that tomorrow is wear gold for childhood cancer. Also, tomorrow is our Title One Parent Involvement & Open House, feel free to drop in anytime from 4:00-6:00. We will have concessions available, cash only please. Parking may be tight, use the main loop, you can pull into the grassy areas, and use the tennis court lot at the high school if needed. Be cautious of other vehicles and do not block anyone in. Once you register, your child will be able to pick their prize and share their very own store link! Once the fundraiser is complete, they will receive the prize they selected from the highest level they qualify for!
After registering, share your child’s link via email, text, and social media! When a customer clicks on your link, it will take them directly to your child’s store to purchase a card, and we will send the card directly to them. Using your personalized link will ensure your child is given credit for the purchase.
Also, once you register you will have two chances to earn a $50 gift card! The registered student with the most cards sold by 9/15 at 11:59 p.m. EST will win a $50 Gift Card (when our group sells at least 100 cards online).

Good evening Beaver Kit families! Please listen to the following reminders, we can not make transportation changes over the phone. Any change in transportation needs to be submitted to the school in writing. We can not release students for early dismissals after 1:50, this is county policy. Also, please be aware of your surroundings and your speed as you drive. We had an employee who was bumped by a car as they were helping a student out of a car. The employee is unharmed, but this should never happen. Do not pass other cars unless instructed by staff, have your student ready to exit, drive slow, and pull all the way up to the last person. Following these safety measures will help prevent accidents.
Good evening Beaver Kits! We are excited to welcome our grandparents tomorrow for cuddle up and read. Please use the gym doors to enter, doors will open 5 min. before each time slot. 2nd grade is 8:00 to 8:30, Pre-K is 8:45-9:15, Kindergarten is 9:30-10:00, and 1st grade is 10:15 to 10:45. Thank you!

Good evening, Beaver Kit families! We are ready and excited for the first day of school! Please listen carefully to the following details: morning drop off begins at 7:00 am; doors will not be open before 7:00. Parents drop off will utilize both loops starting at 7:15. Please be cautious and aware of your surroundings, do not speed, and do not pass vehicles. Student safety is a priority. Doors will close at 7:30 & the tardy bell is 7:35 am, if you arrive after this time, please walk your child to the office using the main entrance. Dismissal is at 2:20, we do not release students to parents/guardians who walk up to the doors and ask for a child. We have safety procedures in place that we will follow. County policy states students cannot be dismissed after 1:50 so please keep that in mind when scheduling appointments. We have had numerous phone calls today to change students to a different class. It is not our normal procedure to take parent request to make changes; therefore, we will not be moving students to different classrooms. Thank you and have a good evening!
