IMPORTANT REMINDER!
All athletic events for Mercer County Schools will have a clear-bag policy in effect this season. All bags are subject to visual and metal detector inspection, prior to entering any athletic facility, by security or school personnel. Thank you for your cooperation and support!
2024 Summer School applications are available at PSHS.
Seniors should have ordered their Cap and Gown packages by now. Please let your advisor teacher know if you haven't.
Come to the Mercer County Youth Art Show on April 23 from 5-7 at the Paine Gallery in Bluefield. The Bluefield High Jazz Band will be playing snazzy tunes as you browse around!
PSHS will welcome our upcoming Freshmen on March 28th from 4-7pm to choose classes for next year. We will be visiting Glenwood and PMS next week to meet with all 8th grade students and provide information about PSHS. We hope to see everyone at the event.
Jostens will be at PSHS on Tuesday, March 12th to deliver graduation products.
NO CHECKS will be accepted. You can pay with cash/Money order.

Late last night (11:15 pm), Princeton High School’s principal, Ms. Zickafoose was alerted about a threat posted on social media. Ms Zickafoose consulted with our Safety Coordinator, Melissa Clemons, and state agencies. After a thorough investigation, it was determined the threat was NOT towards PSHS. The threat was directed towards PHHS, a school outside of West Virginia. Out of an abundance of caution, there will be additional law enforcement present at Princeton High School today. AP Students: Your AP testing form and deposit are due back to Ms. Brinkley by November 3rd. You must return the form with a parent signature, even if you do not plan to take the exam. If you have any questions, please reach out to Ms. Brinkley laura.brinkley@k12.wv.us
