Last week, after our TEAMS meetings, Lashmeet Matoaka took some time to give back to the community.
Good evening! We have a couple of important announcements this evening. Yearbooks have been ordered. It is not to late to get yours! They are $16. Thursday, April 28 is the last day for tutoring. On Friday, May 6 we are having a summative Olympics for grades 3-5. We are purchasing t-shirts for each class in team colors to help show class spirit. Please help us by sending $5.00 for your child's shirt.

Good evening! We have a menu change for tomorrow. We will be having hot ham and cheese, corn, baked beans, fruit, and milk. Just a reminder that Friday, April 15 is a 2 hour early dismissal. Monday, April 18 is Spring Break. Students will need to follow the reimagine day schedule for Tuesday, April 19-Friday, April 22.
Important Info....
We have several changes to the lunch menu at LMS next week. On Monday, April 11, we will have sliced ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, pineapple with cottage cheese, fresh fruit, and a roll. Tuesday we will have grilled cheese and soup. Wednesday is hot dogs, chips, and coleslaw. Thursday will be chicken quesadilla, pinto beans, sweet corn, and mandarin oranges. .

Today kindergarten used hula hoops to segment cvc words. Students had a great time hopping out the sounds!
3rd grade is getting really good with area and perimeter! Today we had a Lego challenge!!

Good morning LMS parents and guardians! All tutoring services this week are canceled. This includes K-2 for today and grades 3-5 on Thursday.

Your child will be bringing a letter home today in regards to our summer Thrive program. We need them returned by Friday, March 25 in order to know how many students plan to attend our summer program. The dates are June 6-9, June 13-16, and August 8-11. August 8-11 is for robotics 4th and 5th graders only. We also need all 5th grade baby pictures by Friday, March 25. Mrs. Teresa will send them home the day your child brings them in.
