What to do if messages do not work correctly
If a student, parent or teacher's name is not popping up when typing in the messaging box,
*Have parent/student/teacher go to their name in the Upper Right
*Click the drop-down and choose Settings, then Privacy Settings
*Check the messaging box for SCHOOL instead of CONNECTIONS and then click SAVE CHANGES

How to message teachers in Schoology -
When a parents looks at a course, the Admin with a little envelope shows up in the bottom right corner.
Click on the envelope, and you can send the teacher a message.
