1. Families complete and return Pre-K Applications by March 14, 2025.

2. Core Team (Pre-K Coordinator, Office of Special Education Rep., Head Start Rep., and Day Care Rep.) reviews applications and places students at schools based upon information from applications.

o    IEP Eligible 

o    Transportation Needs 

o    Before/After School Care Needs 

3. Schools will contact families with a date, time, and location to complete the registration process after March 17, 2025.  

March 17-21  Registration Appointments will be made on the following dates:

All required documents will be turned in to the school at this time to be fully enrolled.

March 25 Lashmeet/Matoaka, Mountain Valley 

March 26 Bluewell, Oakvale 

March 27 Athens, Spanishburg 

March 28 Mercer County Early Learning Center: Silver Springs
