ICARE (Integrative & Collaborative: Assistance, Resources, and Education) is Mercer County Schools' systematic and unified approach to caring for our students and their families when they are in need. This innovative program is made possible through federal grants and collaboration with community partners. Together, we break down barriers to education by providing essential support and create a stable foundation for student success.

Often, small needs turn into big needs when not resolved. This referral tool gives MCS an opportunity to help. Anyone can send in an ICARE referral, letting us know about a student in need. The referral is automatically sent to a team of administrators and student support staff at the school selected, and they work together to find solutions.
