Sun Valley Elementary is excited to announce the launch of an online form for parents/guardians to submit excuses for doctor and parent verified illnesses. Students will continue to be able to submit paper excuses to their homeroom teacher. The QR code will be sent home with each student for parent/guardian convenience.
