Save the date!! On February 22, Straley will present their Music Around the World concert at 6:00 PM at the Chuck Mathena Center! We look forward to showing our Stallion families the hard work our students have put into our music program!

Hello Straley families, We have decided to cancel the after school student council field trip to the nursing home scheduled for December 12th due to wide spread sickness at the home. We will be rescheduling the visit for a later time. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience.

In light of the recent events affecting the students and staff at MVES, we're wearing blue tomorrow in support.

Straley Parents, this is a reminder that we have our Candy Land Code event at Straley tonight from 5:30-7:00. We will have a brief presentation at 5:30 for parents covering ways to access programs on your child’s computer and how to help them at home. We have fun experiments, coding, and robots that students can utilize to work on science and computer science skills. Students will earn a ticket to the candy buffet by exploring all of these learning opportunities! We hope to see you there!

We've got some visitors headed our way... Tomorrow, the WVU Mountaineer will stop by to talk to our students! On Thursday, PSHS's state-bound football team will swing by for a mini pep rally before they head to Wheeling! Dress accordingly! 😀
