PVMS Cross Country Tryouts/Practice - August 2-6
In order to participate, you must have a current physical dated after May 1, proof of insurance, and immunization records (7th grade only).
Mercer County Fair will also be taking place at the end of the week, so drop-off and pick-up points have been adjusted.
Tuesday - Track/Football field behind PVHS at 6:00-7:30 - Parents please be prepared to stay after practice, so we can have a brief meeting and pass out necessary paperwork.
Wednesday - Track/Football field behind PVHS at 6:00-7:30
Thursday - PikeView Middle School at 6:00-7:30
Friday - PikeView Middle School at 6:00-7:30
Saturday - You have the choice to participate in the 5k being held at PVHS (This is highly encouraged for experienced cross country runners.) or participating in an hour practice at Camp Creek State Park at 8 AM.
PVMS Football will be having practice next Monday, Tues,
day, and Thursday (July 25th, 26th, and 28th) from 6 to 8pm. Players need a physical, proof of insurance, and birth certificate. Upcoming 7th graders also must have turned in proof of required immunizations.
There will also be a parent meeting on Tuesday, July 26th at 5pm in the PVMS cafeteria.
Boys Basketball Flex Days will continue to be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8-9:30 through July 29th.
🏀PVMS Boys Basketball Flex Practice on July 15, 8:00 to 9:30 am. Must bring up to date physical form. Also bring your own water bottle. 🏀

‼️PVMS Cheer Summer Conditioning‼️
We will be doing conditioning for the upcoming 2022-23 cheer season! This is highly encouraged. Please come in athletic wear, hair pulled back and bring water.
This is open to all upcoming 6th, 7th and 8th grade.
All participants MUST HAVE a copy of physical (dated after May 1st), copy of insurance and copy of birth certificate. Your child CANNOT participate without these documents.
Dates: July 18th, 20th, 21st, 25th, 27th and 28th.
Time: 5:30-7:00pm

Try outs are closed.
Both days are MANDATORY.
Participants need to wear a plain white tshirt with black shorts, red bow (optional) and tennis shoes.

Summer Flex Days for PVMS Softball
PVMS soccer team will have flex practice next week from Tuesday, June 14th, to the 17th. The time will be 8:00am to 10:00am. You must have a physical dated after May 2, 2022, a copy of insurance, and if you have never played a sport for PVMS, a copy of your birth certificate!
ATTENTION PVMS PARENTS
If your student has medication in the office, it must be picked up by a parent or guardian on or by the last day of school. We are not permitted to send the medication home by the student or leave it in the school after the school year has ended.
The last day for students is JUNE 2nd.
You can come to the school to pick up medications any time before 2pm on June 3. Any medication left after this time will be discarded.
If your student is attending Summer Thrive/Summer Enrichment/Credit Recovery, please leave their medication at school. You will need to pick up their medication on or by the last day of the summer program.

Attention PVMS Parents/Guardians: student laptops, chargers, and bags need to be turned in no later than Friday, June 3rd at 11am. Any student who has not turned in these items by the time stated will be charged for the full price of the items. Bills will be mailed home.

Mrs. Samosky's 6th Grade Science class had a blast today!! STEM challenge: design a paper boat that holds the most pennies. Students could only use 1/2 sheet of paper. The students' best design held 66 pennies!
Bus 007 will not run today, Friday, May 27th. This affects Oakvale, Pikeview Middle and Pikeview High.
