Join us on Friday October 20th for our Fall Festival from 6:00pm-8:00pm! We will have games and activities in the gymnasium, a haunted hallway, and lots of vendors for you to browse. We will also have three baskets for our silent auction. Be sure to check out our Movie Night, Car Care, and Aromatic baskets and place your bid. Additionally, we will also have a limited number of pie pumpkins that can be painted for just $2!
Admission for the Fall Festival is $5, and the Haunted Hallway is an additional $3. Proceeds will go to PVMS Honor Society and the school.
Come hungry because we will be selling concessions! We will be serving walking tacos, drinks, and snacks. Baked items will be sold by vendors.

Mrs. Mitchem’s science classes were given the challenge to explore density as they attempted to layer four liquids in a straw. Several groups were successful!

Ever wonder what % of a banana is edible?? Mrs. Mitchem’s 7th grade classes were presented with this problem in their Going Bananas PBL. They collected measurements, learned about ratios, percent error and learned many things about bananas.

Mrs. Mitchem’s 6th grade classes completed their culminating activity for their Worms, Worms and more Worms PBL by comparing measurements of lice earthworms to those of gummy worms. It was a fun way to learn about measurement.

PikeView Middle Cross Country competed in the Coalfield Conference at Twin Falls State Park on Thursday. Bryson Pritchett came in 2nd place followed by Luke Collis in 3rd. The boys placed 7th and the girls placed 8th as a team.

There was some crime busting going on today in Mrs. Terrell's 7th grade Social Studies classes!
Students were presented a fake crime scene and had to sort out evidence (whether it was a primary source or secondary source). They looked at the primary sources to determine which teacher was the one responsible for the crime.
