Four Mercer County students, three from PikeView and one from PSHS travelled to Huntington today to participate in the Spark WV Entrepreneurship Challenge. The students presented a business plan to a panel somewhat like the panel on the show "Shark Tank". Our students were presented with first place in the big idea challenge and awarded $1500 to split four ways!
Their idea was a temperature controlled dome called SE4SONS that was located in Mercer county that offered the opposite season that is naturally outside. They came up with idea to offer activities so kids their age would have something to do.
