Today kicks off Dr. Suess week at Bluewell School, and we started it off right! Today was Hat Day for Dr. Suess' "The Cat in the Hat."
Kids mostly came sporting their favorite ball cap, whether it be of a sports team, sprinkled with glittering lettering, or donning Minnie Mouse ears and a bow. Others wore top hats, headband hats, cowboy hats, winter hats, and more!
It's always so fun to see the kids enter the halls on special days like today. You never know what they'll wear, and many of them are very creative.
So, don't forget we are celebrating all week long. The remaining days include:
- Crazy Socks Day on Tuesday;
- Wacky Wednesday on Wednesday;
- Animal Print Day on Thursday;
- Pajama Day on Friday.
We are looking forward to the continued celebrations this week, as we embrace the love of reading!
