The Timberwood Wolves were off and running as Timberwood Elementary School celebrated a wonderful first day of school! 🐺💙

The halls of Timberwood were filled with smiling faces, excited students, welcoming teachers, and the energy that comes with the beginning of a brand-new school year. From the moment students arrived, our staff worked together to ensure that every child felt safe, welcomed, and ready to learn.

For many of our students, the first day brought the excitement of seeing old friends and meeting new ones. For others, it was a brand-new experience as they walked through the doors of Timberwood for the very first time. No matter their age or grade level, our students were greeted with enthusiasm and reminded that they were an important part of our Timberwood Wolf Pack.

Our teachers and staff did an incredible job creating positive classroom environments where students could begin building relationships, learning routines, and getting comfortable in their new classrooms. The first day was filled with opportunities to learn, explore, laugh, and make memories together.

We were especially proud to see our students demonstrating the values that make Timberwood special. Our Wolves are Honorable, Obedient, Wise, and Loyal—our Timberwood Wolves HOWL! These expectations will guide our students throughout the school year as they grow academically, socially, and personally.

A successful first day takes an entire school community, and we are incredibly grateful to our teachers, service personnel, support staff, families, and students for helping make the day such a success. We appreciate our families for their patience and cooperation as we worked through arrival and dismissal routines and all of the excitement that comes with the first day.

Most importantly, our first day reminded us of why we do what we do. Our students are the heart of Timberwood Elementary, and there is nothing better than seeing them walk through our doors ready to learn and grow.

The 2026–2027 school year was off to a fantastic start, and we could not wait to see all that our Timberwood Wolves would accomplish!
