Many thanks to Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company who funded grants to Whitethorn Elementary and Bluefield Middle School, providing financial assistance for programs at the school.
Employees of Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company choose to give up 1 out of every 4 weekly productivity reward meals to donate the collective value of that meal to public schools and senior citizens. They call this program Utility Employees Changing Communities (UECC).
Whitethorn Elementary will use the funding for their sensory pathway project. These sensory pathways at Whitethorn will be used as another fun and exciting tool for teachers to use to help their students focus as they continue to strive for excellence in the classroom.
Ms. East and Ms. McCormick are recipients from Bluefield Middle School of grants from Utility Trailers. Ms. East plans to use her grant to help fund the 6th grade field trip. Ms. McCormick plans to use her grant to help replenish the chimes in the music department.
We are very thankful for the generosity of Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company and their employees.
